Life is beautiful when you live in the present moment. Try to live moment to moment and then you will realize the beauty of this moment. I finally completed my SS18 collection and feel like I haven’t seen daylight in months (aside from working a few on location photoshoots). Just last week I hit a major milestone in my design career. I completed my Spring 2018 collection. 10 years ago I taught myself how to use a sewing machine and designed my first collection for SS08.
My only hopes were to get into an art school and design for a brand or designer one day. Today I have so much more than that, my own sustainable apparel line, I live in the city that I love, and I get to work for one my favorite luxury brands. I feel so grateful for everyone who has supported me through this journey, shopped my collection, and manifested my vision into reality every season.
