CALIFORNIA WINTER

I’ve been dreaming of a California Christmas & I’m so excited to spend Christmas with my family! Since last week – I finally had a chance to work on mood boards for my upcoming collections. I was sent a beautiful bouquet of pink roses and lilies with a little note that said “Hope these colors inspire you” – it literally made my entire week and my design studio smells amazing. Fresh flowers always help the design process and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the upcoming spring season in my studio!

Tomorrow I’ll be wrapping some last minute gifts (yes, I know I procrastinated & waited until the last minute!) and I’ll be baking my special recipe chocolate chip cookies for my family. I’ve already spent some time catching up with my favorite cousin, who surprised me with a vintage NSYNC No Strings Attached Doll (of JC, my favorite NSYNC member)! Yes, it’s silly – but all my friends and family know I am a total pop culture junkie! So I’m feeling really lucky and #blessed to have so many amazing people to celebrate the holidays with.
