I spent a lot of time reflecting on the lessons I’ve learned in the past few years. Being in a state of reflection was my concept for Alyssa Nicole SS15. I set out to convey an ethereal dreamlike state in my lookbook and film. In my design process, visionary sequins caught my eye, I knew it was a perfect fit with its soft reflective pattern.
The perfect summer glamour dress – the Sequin Kimono Dress – is complete with a micro mini hemline fit for Studio 54. For an effortless summer look I style my Sequin Kimono Dress with lace up gladiator sandals. A soft blush palette gives the look a hint of femininity.
Over the weekend I worked on a new lookbook in collaboration with Spellbound Crowns. Working with Scot is a reminder to myself that the dream, is indeed, real. He created an unbelievably whimsical world for the lookbook. Stay tuned to see the dreamy lookbook in my Designer Diary!
