When designing a collection – skirts are always on my mind. Shape and silhouette below the waist take lead when designing my collection. Naturally – I stick to high waist as it’s my signature skirt silhouette – and this season was no different from collections past.
I focused on a variation of flared skirts in my Fall 2014 collection. Nod to mod aline skirts are feminine and playful while full flared skirts delight and exude ladylike charm. Form fitting pencil skirts are tailored to exude sophistication. An understated side slit adorns fitted skirts with classic femininity – perfect for the office. Mermaid flares and asymmetric hemlines are superbly crafted in our San Francisco design studio. Fitted to perfection, these ladylike skirts merge playful femininity with elegant sophistication.
